How to Book Housing at North Tower, East Village and Coyote Den
There are two ways to book your room at these residences. Please note that with both options, your room is not confirmed/guaranteed until you receive a confirmation from the residences or TRU World (depending on which option you choose).
Summer students must book housing directly with the residences.
Book through TRU World
Housing for Fall 2026
Submit your application to secure a room at North Tower Residence for the Fall 2026 semester (September – April).
To reserve your room, you must pay the full amount to TRU using the same account used to pay your tuition. This includes:
- $100 application fee
- $250 refundable damage deposit
- $85 Residence Insurance
- $150 TRU World processing fee
- $TBD North Tower fees
- $TBD East Village fees
- $TBD Coyote Den fees
Important: We cannot process your application or hold a spot without full payment. Partial payments will not be accepted.
You do not need visa confirmation to book housing. However, if your visa is denied, you must notify us by August 1, 2026.
Please do not send any payments to TRU if you choose to apply directly to the residences.
Book directly with the On-campus residences
