In order to apply for housing a non-refundable $100 application fee is required.
Upon acceptance a $250 security deposit and $85 Student Property and Liability Insurance fee will be due.
This security deposit will be fully refundable after move out as long as your account is paid up to date and room is left clean and undamaged.
All rates include a $60 mandatory residence life activity fee which is non-refundable.
